Yes
we did! - Mudding - it was an absolute ball and the 4 x 4 Power
wheelchair did
it all without any problems, good four-wheel traction (4 x 4)
ensures
that you always have a good grip even in really muddy
situations. All
sensitive electronics are placed high out of harm's way, 150 mm
(6") of water can be negotiated with ease. |
| Due
to great centre of gravity and equal weight distribution the Predator
4 x 4 can negotiate even difficult uneven slopes. We have tested this 4 x 4 wheelchair to the extreme limits of
its performance and the results were astonishing.
With this video clip you can clearly see the
performance and strength this 4 x 4 power wheelchair has in overcoming obstacles in its
way. |
| This
chair sure can negotiate great inclines, with Pure Power under your rear this beast will definitely not leave you
stranded halfway up. This
video was shot while driving out a 25-degree incline on a
rainy day by a person weighing 125 kg (275 lb) on a tarred road
surface. The
Predator 4 x 4 Power wheelchair did it with the greatest of ease, it is one
powerful beast. |
| Imagine
being able to drive to sea again see how the waves roll-in,
smelling the sea breeze and feeling the spray on your face.
With the 4 x 4 Power wheelchair you can get there for a stroll
or some fishing, the broader foot print of the wheels allows
you to comfortably negotiate soft sand.
The 4 x 4 Power Wheelchair restores a sense of
independence, the ability to move freely over terrain
previously unreachable with conventional power wheelchairs. |
| We
had some questions on how the Predator 4 x 4 Power
Wheelchair will handle multiple steps in a row. So we set
up a little step testing terrain with 3 sets of 100 mm (4')
high steps to see what fun it would be to ramp over
them. We knew this power wheelchair could do it with
ease but it is always nice to have some fun. This is a
standard Predator 4 x 4 we did not play with the
setting or the motors, enjoy the demo guys! |
